There’s a lot to unpack here. I actually hate when people say that. It reminds me of Sam Harris who’s not giving me my free access he promised those who feel like they can’t pay. I can’t believe even a billionaire would pay over $100 a year for his show or his crappy meditation app but on the other hand I like some of his stuff, too. But I’m already enlightened. Fucking Stanford. Fuck that school.
Ironic or not, deep dish avant gardening hardcore experimentalism is the end point. Once the fertile soil has been exploited you start the real work. Eating sand. You ate sand? Sand eating motherfucker. Any punk can grow daisies in nitrogen rich graveyards. It’s the wheat fields in the Sahara that this is about. Sure it’s a dead end but that was always the destination anyway. How can you complain about arriving?
Yes, this is good experimental music. The cover art alone is worth the zero yen cost of admission. No, I’m not being flippant this is fan-fucking-tastic.
