Water is almost synonymous with life itself which makes drowning an ironic way to die. t e l e p a t h テレパシー能力者 referenced the drowned woman on the album cover on this massively long released: https://telepathtelepath.bandcamp.com/album/–42
Admittedly, all meaning is cryptic and inferred but I think this music is about the liberation of the spirit in death. Or the pleasures of floating in water in a pre-Brian Jones final condition.
