I’m determined not to feel self-conscious about writing sentences like this next one. To me, this release is a sonic representation of what it is to be a living organism that we call a human. The womb, having a mother, being made of water, and how all of that is life in this form. Today, listening to this, I believe I was listening to something as good and as profound as anything by Cage or Stockhausen and this needs to be placed alongside the greatest composers of all time as a triumph of humanity. And I’m not being hyperbolic even though I’m not ashamed that I can be. I think we’re too reserved about calling greatness great. When presented with beautiful and profound music like this it’s a celebration. We need to celebrate and this is music that celebrates life in a serious way. With this music we are truly deep diving into the infinity of the present and that means fully in the now and fully in the universe that is inside you without being idiosyncratic. Embrace your hydration.
