These tracks stretch the melodic structure to the brink of drone but catch themselves at the precipice opting to evoke sorrow instead hypnotization. The music is atmospheric or cinematic if you will. It digs deep. This might be a bit overly stereotypical but it seems like an Italian thing not to let the listener off easily. There’s so much sorrow in this it’s almost hard to listen to. It’s the price we pay for great music.
