In the vein of Throbbing Gristle this is apparently a concept album centered around a very difficult experience with motherhood. The music successfully captures the creepiness of the old post punk days. Weird droning keyboards and slow beats with weird vocals and all that. But you know it’s more than just weird and creepy. It’s well constructed. It’s not just hot sauce; it’s genuinely good chili. The meat might be human, however.
