This is a fun, aggressive record in the tradition of no wave post punk noise. It never gets so involved in the noise to lose its musical sensibilities. This collection of very distinct short songs all have some kind of hook or melodic structure. The energy reminds me of Brockhampton, Brokencyde, and 100 Gecs. I like all those bands so if you don’t like them don’t think I’m being too literal about the sound. Imagine what I like about it, the energy, the creativity and so on – the spirit of what I like about those bands can be found in this record as well. It’s a great listen, changing gears a lot but keeping up the wild intensity.
