Cartwright, who I’m familiar with as Seabuckthorn, who is a title contender for C. Diab’s belt as the bowed guitar heavyweight champion -oh damn I almost forgot Kawabata Makoto – but anyway I know Cartwright as this guy who plays the guitar with a bow and I also associate him with some primitivism- however this is an avant-garde experimental record. Ethereal dreamy and weird. This dude’s a powerhouse. Looking forward to the next guitar based record too.
