One time I was perusing reviews of horror movies on Amazon and I came across this one review where the guy said if you don’t like horror movies please don’t review this. I totally respect that. The least you should do is try to be objective. This is a bit conservative to be right up my alley but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a lot to like here. One big positive is there’s lots of distinct short songs so it changes gears a lot. The production is good and this guy (?) can play. It’s not really great jazz or great R&B but they blend it well and it’s a nice cocktail all said and done. If you’re into smooth jazz or commercial FM radio jazz (if there still is such a thing) this is an entertaining non-obtrusive listen. Got a date at your crib? Turn on the lava lamp and cop a feel.
